MGC Radiator replacement

The radiator looks great and looks to be a snap to put in place--however, the car radiator used SAE bolts to attach the mounting brackets to the radiator, the mounts in the radiator are USS. Time out to acquire the correct bolts. Then came the drain petcock--again the size in the radiator appears to be 1/4" vs 3/8"--but luck would have it that I had a new petcock of the correct size in stock. The top seal support over the top of the radiatorl requires some modification to conform to the shape of the top tank.

Would I do it again--yes, what's a little tinkering to make it work, when it works so well.
