I weighed this in at 17#’s, the original was 7#. Looks industrial and will be extra insurance from heating issues. Keeps the HHR SS at 185 all day. Original coolant was around 8 quarts and this one is close to 12 quarts, so almost 30% more coolant. It will do a great job of these hot running engines at the right temps. I always felt thestock radiator was running on the ragged edge of cooling these turbo engines.

Xlnt upgrade over aftermarket cheapie. Almost runs too cold. Fit well. Had an aftermarket Intercooler that had to be moved a half inch froward to clear radiator. Had a leak at oil cooler fitting due to missing o-ring on OEM cooler fitting that came on radiator. New OEM fitting solved leak.
Overall very happy with cooling and quality of radiator.

Bought this for my 2009 hhr ss it fit great and does a great job of cooling.The extra capacity is great also.The pacakage it came in was well protected.Would buy another when and if the need arises.
