1966-1977 Ford Bronco Aluminum Radiator - 547-100

I have to say this radiator fixed my cooling issues for my Bronco to live and work in Florida. The original copper radiator was running upto 220 in slow traffic, with the Wizzard Radiator is hovers at about 180/190.
Quality of the cooling is great.
Build quality in nice but I did have to buy adaptors for the built in transmission cooler (easy to get) and most importantly due to the thickness of the radiator compared to stock I have to buy bigger saddle mounts/brackets for the top and bottom.
The Radiator comes with welded lugs to sit in the rubber of the mounts, a design change from the original and this was difficult to align. I had to modify the mounting saddles to fit over the welds at the drain plug and also the reservoir sides. It was about 3 hours adjustment / grinding work.
Overall I am happy with the outcome but may I suggest that a more flexible / generous lug position is needed or to develop specific saddle brackets that fit with ease.
At lease let Bronco customers know there may be some grinding and small adjustments needed to a 3" saddle mount and maybe provide some fitting guidelines.
