Comments:
I own a 1977 MGB that is powered by a 1988 Chevy S-10 V6. That gives my "B" enough power to be really fun to drive. It did however have the original radiator for the '77 B. The radiator simply wasn't enough to keep the engine cool, on a mildly warm day, say in the mid 70s to low 80s, the temp gauge would read 220 and approach 230. The water temp finally caused the radiator to expand and split a seam. I tried some leak stop stuff and that slowed it to merely seeping water once I parked. I finally gave up and started looking for an efficient replacement. I found some on eBay but these were all made in China and, while relatively cheap, I simply didn't want to trust my baby to a Chinese product. I research on an MGB forum and saw the wizard product discussed and recommended. On the strength of that I decided to purchase my replacement from Wizard Cooling. Glad I did. I've now driven the "B" in the hottest weather we get here in Indiana and I pushed it to make sure I gave it a good test. The temp gauge sat on 190 and never budged. I highly recommend this product.
