I was having heating issues in the Las Vegas summer heat of 110-114 in my 89 YJ with 4.2L manual with AC. Already replaced everything including the radiator with another (non-Wizard) all aluminum name brand. It helped some but not enough. I ordered Wizard Cooling radiator with the upgraded 1.25 inch tubes. It was an exact fit. Slipped in easily. It was noticeably thicker but I still had about 1.5 inches of clearance to my factory fan. It cleared my fan shroud easily as well. With just the addition of this new radiator my engine temps dropped 30 degrees. This is a great product.
